Weigh in Wednesday

Every Wednesday I'm going to report my weight loss in hopes that my readers and friends will keep me in check. Reporting weekly will make me accountable for my choices through out the week. I've made a change for better eating. I'm not going to call it dieting b/c basically I need to make lifestyle changes from here on out. I started 2 weeks ago,
so far I've lost
(drum roll please)
5.2 lbs.
Seems like weight is so easy and enjoyable to gain, but a PAIN to lose. :) I've been eating lots of soup, it's almost an addiction now I like the taste so much, which is a good thing b/c it's very very low fat. I'm making better choices and eating smaller portions. So far so good.
Weekends seem to be the hardest, that's when I'm off schedule and free to do what I choose, and it's those times I seem to make poor choices. I'm hoping that I will eventually have enough readers to make it, for lack of a better word, " embarrased" to gain or stay the same. Never the less, I will post the good and the bad.
